Job Category: Full Time- Direct Hire
Compensation: $95,000-$110,000. DOE + Benefits and growth.
BBSI has partnered with a prestigious non-profit organization and is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist who will evaluate and treat children utilizing specific therapy treatments to develop and monitor individualized goals according to the treatment plan.
Requirements
- Current speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the state of California.
- Current American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Knowledgeable in speech-language therapy, transdisciplinary early-intervention theories, and rehabilitation principles and practices.
- Knowledgeable of evidence-based practices found to benefit children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
- Familiar with the field of early intervention.
- One year of experience working with infants/young children with developmental delays including autism.
- Provide discipline-specific coaching to other direct-care staff and caregivers.
- Valid CPR certification
- Bilingual a plus
- Degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited school or program.
