Job Category: Full Time- Direct Hire

Compensation: $95,000-$110,000. DOE + Benefits and growth.

BBSI has partnered with a prestigious non-profit organization and is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist who will evaluate and treat children utilizing specific therapy treatments to develop and monitor individualized goals according to the treatment plan.

Requirements

• Current speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the state of California.
• Current American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Knowledgeable in speech-language therapy, transdisciplinary early-intervention theories, and rehabilitation principles and practices.
• Knowledgeable of evidence-based practices found to benefit children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
• Familiar with the field of early intervention.
• One year of experience working with infants/young children with developmental delays including autism.
• Provide discipline-specific coaching to other direct-care staff and caregivers.
• Valid CPR certification
• Bilingual a plus
• Degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited school or program.
