Speech Language Pathologist Needed In School District - Mountain Home, Id

Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Mountain Home, ID

We are seeking a passionate and qualified SLP to join our team and contribute to the educational success of students. Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' munication goals
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and munication needs
Monitor and document students' progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary
Provide guidance and training to teachers and staff on strategies to support students with speech and language challenges
Stay current on best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Idaho
Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required
Strong munication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
