Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various speech, language, and communication disorders across different age groups.
• Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, taking into consideration patients' needs and goals.
• Provide therapy and interventions to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, educators, and parents, to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate and train patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to enhance communication abilities.
