Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various speech, language, and communication disorders across different age groups.
- Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, taking into consideration patients' needs and goals.
- Provide therapy and interventions to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, educators, and parents, to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate and train patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to enhance communication abilities.
