Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to students in Idaho. As an SLP, you will be responsible for evaluating students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality speech therapy services remotely. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to Work From any location within Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote speech and language therapy services to students with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students speech, language, and cognitive abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, patient goals, and evidence-based practice.
- Provide ongoing therapy sessions to students via telehealth platforms.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information in electronic health records.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current on research and best practices in speech and language therapy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology in Idaho
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- At least 2 years of experience as an SLP, with teletherapy experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer with video conferencing capabilities
