Job Summary: The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for providing patient care through the assessment, development, implementation, and revision of treatment programs. You will coordinate patient care assignments to ensure continuity of care and keep accurate records of the patient's progress. You will participate in performance improvement and program growth, clinical programs, and interdepartmental activities. Additionally, you will function as a clinical instructor in the student affiliation program.
Qualifications:
- A 4-year degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) of the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
- Florida state licensure or eligibility for placement in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- 3-5 years of experience; graduate externs or individuals seeking CFY will also be considered.
- BLS certification.
- No experience required.
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 based on local, state and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
Requirements:
- Ability to provide age-specific direct care services to patients of all ages.
- Effective resource utilization skills critical to operational stability.
- Participation in infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety, and fire safety programs.
- Availability for a flexible 5x8 day schedule with rotating weekends.

- 0-4 years of experience: $32.62 - $35.90
- 5-9 years of experience: $36.72 - $40.00
- 10+ years of experience: $40.82 - $48.93
