Speech Language Pathologist

Basic job description:
Performs comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and treatment of speech, voice, and swallowing disorders. Makes patients and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; develops and sustains productive patient relationships. Actively seeks information to understand patient circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs. Builds rapport and cooperative relationship with patients and fellow healthcare professionals. Responds quickly to meet patient needs and resolves problems. Sets care plans and adjusts appropriately.

Part-Time/Contracted position in our Broomfield, CO office. Heavy voice/upper-airway caseload with dysphagia mixed in. Close collaboration with a laryngology team of ENTs/PAs. June 2024 start date.

Basic Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology

Colorado State Licensure - Speech Language Pathologist

ASHA CCC's preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years working as a Speech Language Pathologist
• 2-3 years experience in voice/upper-airway/swallowing disorders preferred; however, willing to mentor the right individual who may have a good base-knowledge of skil
• LSVT LOUD certification and/or SpeakOut! training preferred
• Gender Affirming Voice Training experience preferred
• Trained in performing FEES swallow studies and/or Videostroboscopy preferred
