PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for ensuring tactics related to vendor income agreements are submitted to the marketing, accounting and finance teams for execution. Through reporting, tracking and analytics, will analyze results to influence decision making into future tactics including web placement, social, e-mail campaigns, PPC, SEC, and other marketing tactics.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Responsible for documenting campaign details during vendor meetings, or collecting and clarifying any campaign details in support of annual vendor agreements, including but not limited to, Co-op and MDF agreements.
  • Communicate frequently with merchant and vendors to confirm details for upcoming tactics, ensuring that tickets are submitted for creative assets within prescribed SLA lead times
  • Track, analyze, and report actuals vs. budget and identifies performance by vendor, by category, by month to ensure vendor income targets are met
  • Validate and approve all vendor deductions during monthly reconciliation process before going to Finance
  • Consultative campaign management and optimization for GC and MF brands
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data to identify new growth opportunities
  • Manage and maintain strong merchants and vendor relationships
  • Additional duties as assigned

 

To join our band, you'll need the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of equivalent work experience), preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related field. 
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in advertising or marketing or business (in addition to degree or years of previous experience), preferably with experience in social media/community or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity of internet display advertising (Ad Networks, Display Publishers, Ad Serving)
  • Novice knowledge of web site conversion metrics, including eCPM, eCPA
  • Analytical Skills: Able to explore information, data, and reports, and other items in order to identify performance metrics, issues and extract meaningful insights, which can be used to better understand and improve business performance.
  • Business Acumen: ROI-focused and understands how the business works including key business drivers, important company strategies, competition, and financial data impacting the department/organization. Able to make strategic business decisions that support financial targets including budgets.
  • Collaboration: Able to develop cooperation and teamwork while participating in a group, working toward solutions which generally benefit all involved parties. Able to build relationships with others by offering help and providing suggestions for improvement.
  • Initiative: Able to identify opportunities & issues and follow through on work activities to capitalize or resolve Able to take positive, innovative action without being requested to do so.   • Project Management: Able to develop and execute project plans, coordinating groups of individuals to maximize available knowledge and resources, and following through to track progress and ensure timely completion. Able to identify methods for improving existing processes, practices, and procedures. Able to adapt to changing directives and priorities.
  • Technology Skills: Able to navigate and learn new technology systems, equipment, and computer programs needed to fulfill communication, customer service, and business needs 

Pay Rate: $29.30- $36.80 / hourly depending on background and experience.
