What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world! In this vital role, you will be responsible for the security, compliance, and performance of our Network Infrastructure. You will work with a team of professional network engineers and architects, who are accountable for security, compliance, and performance. You will also collaborate with other IT teams, such as Data Center Operations, Information Security, Service Management, and Internal Business Partners, to ensure alignment and integration of network solutions with business objectives. You will also support vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage and maintain our complex Network Infrastructure, including routing, switching, WANs, wireless, IPAM, DNS, and DHCP.
• Configure and troubleshoot DDI appliances and load balancers.
• Leverage AI/ML tools for network monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance (a plus).
• Document network configurations and procedures.
• Identify and address potential network issues, providing solutions and recommendations.
• Maintain flexible availability to respond to critical issues outside of regular business hours, supporting on-call rotations and project requirements, or when needed.
• Travel: Domestic and international travel up to 15% may be essential.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

OR

Master’s degree and 2 years of Information System experience

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Information Systems experience

OR

Associate degree and 8 years of Information Systems experience

OR

High school diploma/GED and 10 years of Information Systems experience

Beyond that, additional preferred qualifications are:

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or Specialist in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of routing, switching, WANs, wireless, Infoblox, F5 LTM, and GTM load balancers.
• Experience with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Terraform) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in network operations DNA center is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient communication skills in English and Spanish to interact with multiple functional areas within the organization.
