Main Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting functions (a/p, payroll, month-end close, guest inquiry).
- Manage and review invoice submissions.
- Review and submit invoices for appropriate approvals.
- Must reconcile Vendor Statements and follow up.
- Submit accruals at month’s end based on deadlines.
- Assist with customer care follow up.
- Input and review payroll for accuracy.
- Work on special projects at manager’s request.
- Daily review of the hotel audit including preparation of cash deposits
- Maintains the house bank and audits all banks issued
- Other duties as assigned by the department manager.
