Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Active KS license
- Valid Drivers License
- One year experience with psychiatric patients preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapies.
- Complete psychosocial assessments.
- Prepare treatment plans while working with other departments.
- Lead and document on group therapies provided.
- Interview and write psychosocial assessments and initial treatment plans after reviewing/gathering an individual’s current risk factors, and protective factors.
- Provide Therapy Services so that patients can improve their ability to manage symptoms, improve stability, and successfully return to the community.
- Perform care consistent with the scope of licensure and in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with fellow medical staff and treatment team members.
- Any other duties as assigned.
