POSITION SUMMARY: 
Special Instructors or Developmentalists provide Early Intervention services, to children ages birth through three. This is a flexible opportunity to build a caseload with the goal to work one-on-one with families in their homes and the community, as well as virtually if needed.
As an Early Interventionist, you have the ability to make a positive impact on a child, while coaching their family members through interventions based on their daily routines in the child’s natural setting. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and various other health care professionals to plan and carry over goals while working on the Individual Family Service Plan.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Family and Child Services, or related majors -or- have a bachelor’s degree with at least 18 credit hours in early childhood development
• A minimum of one year of experience working with children age five or younger who have a developmental delay
• Ability to travel with a form of reliable transportation
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
