Special Education Teacher / Sped (C)

• $50-$54/hr.
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday.

• Monday - Friday | 40 hours per week.
• Follows school/district calendar. Not required to work during school breaks.
• A school year contract with a high probability to extend into following years to come.
• Start date: ASAP.

• Conducts classes assigned using a variety of skills and teaching techniques, appropriate to students.
• Prepares daily lesson plans based on individual students' Individual Education Plan (IEP), and teaches students by selecting, developing, adapting, and implementing appropriate instructional methods and techniques.
• Continuously evaluates individual and group progress appropriate to each student's IEP, and redesigns instruction, as necessary, to meet individual needs.
• Makes progress reports to parents and confers with parents and other concerned persons.

•  U.S. RESIDENT.
• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited four-year college or university.
• NC Special Education Teaching Certificate.
• 2+ years of experience in related fields.
