Special Education Secretary

MSAD #60’s Special Education department serves over 500 students with disabilities in our three communities of Lebanon, North Berwick, and Berwick. This position provides support to, and oversees, a very busy Special Education department in maintaining compliance, completing/reporting state forms, budget implementation, and data management. This position also involves supporting case managers, teachers, working with transportation and other departments to provide follow through for students and families.

Experience in Special Education secretarial, clerical, admin. assistant preferred. Ability to learn regulations quickly. Bookkeeping experience is helpful but not required. Ability to work independently and problem solving is needed, as well as working collaboratively.

This is a year round position.

CHRC and fingerprinting are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
