We are recruiting Instructional Assistants and Dedicated Student Aides at our campuses in both Maryland and Virginia for SY 2023 - 2024. If you are serious about applying, you should have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• RBT preferred, but training is available.
• Experience working with children with disabilities in a learning/school environment.
• Experience working one on one with a child/student preferred.
• Special education (emotional and/or behavioral) experience; preferred or willingness to learn.
