12/11/2023The Sanborn Regional School District is seeking a motivated Special Education coordinator for the 2023-2024 school year to help coordinate Special Education services and related services, oversee case management of IEPs, monitor compliance and help supervise paraprofessionals. The candidate should have a firm knowledge of IDEA and its implications under New Hampshire statues. It is essential that the candidate have solid communication skills, is highly organized, diligent in follow through, ability to prioritize and flex on demand. Our school currently has several Special Education programs but serves most of its students in an inclusive model. We are in the process of implementing new curriculums and strategies in the entire district to strengthen specialized direct instruction in the areas of ELA, Math, Adaptive functioning, Behavior, Social, and Emotional areas.
