Job Title:Special Education Behavior Case Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Filer, ID
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
School Year: 2024-2025

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Special Education Behavior Case Manager for the 2024-2025 school year in Filer, ID. This position involves providing education support for behaviorally challenged students at the elementary level. The selected candidate will serve as the Case Manager for all Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans if applicable. Additionally, the teacher will oversee behavioral services outlined by the IEP team, supervise CBRS (munity-Based Rehabilitation Services) and BI (Behavioral Intervention) staff, and collaborate with school social workers to create prehensive plans.

Responsibilities:

• Providing education support for behaviorally challenged students
• Serving as the Case Manager for all IEPs and 504 plans if applicable
• Supervising CBRS and BI staff
• Collaborating with school social workers to develop prehensive plans
• Implementing behavioral services outlined by the IEP team

Requirements:

• Must meet Idaho certification standards: Standard Instructional with Generalist K-12 endorsement
• Experience working with behaviorally challenged students preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Effective munication and collaboration abilities
