SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS
- Base salary for the 2023-2024 school year is $37,569 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of Education.)
- Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave.
- Two (2) days personal leave per year.
