Job Description:
Works with Market Senior Leaders to partner in developing and driving strategic plans, operations, business development, employee engagement strategies, process improvement, and new ventures. This position builds strong working relationships with senior leaders and drives successful improvement activities by leading through influence. Position requires high level communication and presentation skills and the ability to synthesize information into messages that help leaders understand how to apply and execute on action plans. Work Experience: 5 years of experience in healthcare setting
Education Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration

$83803 - $125715 / year
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
