The role we're offering is a crucial one, as it serves as the welcoming face of our office. Key responsibilities include handling a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments using orthodontic software, warmly welcoming patients and their families, and cultivating meaningful relationships. Of course, there will be other duties assigned to keep things interesting!
Our practice spans multiple locations, including Springdale, Fayetteville, and Siloam Springs. Travel to Fayetteville and Springdale will be part of the adventure, so having reliable transportation is essential.
We understand the importance of work-life balance, and our office hours reflect that commitment. From 7:30 am to 5:15 pm on Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm on Thursdays, and one Friday per month from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, our schedule is designed to ensure our team members can thrive both at work and in their personal lives.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
