Spanish Speaking Sales Executive - North America (Remote)

We are looking to grow our Sales and Business Development presence in North America with an experienced sales professional familiar with selling enterprise software and an understanding of the food and beverage and/or sustainability sector.  The ideal candidate will possess the agility and credibility to engage confidently at all levels across client and partner organizations, an understanding of client business problems, and an ability to map technology solutions to those problems. We need a highly motivated hunter with a reputation for discovering opportunities and exceeding expectations.

• Increase sales from:

✓ New Business Logos- Create a strong opportunity pipeline by researching, pursuing, developing, and negotiating new, long-term direct business - "Target to Cash".

✓ Account Expansion- Upon closing new business logos, cross sell within accounts to identify new opportunities with different divisions or regions.

• Report Directly to the Head of Sales - Americas

• Work closely and harmoniously with internal functions such as product, business operations, presales, customer success, and marketing to deliver upon customer expectations.

• A proven track record of over-achieving quota in technology sales roles with at least 7 years’ overall experience.  Quota achieving for 4-5 years as a new business hunter.

• Experience in Enterprise SaaS solutions sales and managing a complex sales cycle.

• Experience prospecting large enterprises with multiple stakeholders. 

• Experience in leading demonstrations, pricing reviews and consultative discussions with decision makers to educate prospects on the value proposition of Agritask’s products. 

• Fluency in Spanish - verbal and written communication

• Understanding technology and converting that value into business benefits and selling strategies for all levels of a client's organization.

• Knowledge of, or ideally experience in the Food and Beverage Sector working with Brands, Processors or Packers.

• Knowledge of, or ideally experience in Sustainability and Supply Chain programs.

• Comfortable and proven independent and self-motivated worker – This is a 100% REMOTE position. 

• University degree.

• Creative, strategic thinker, startup speed and agility a must.

• Domestic and international travel may be required as needed.
