Key Responsibilities:
- Prefer experience with Dimentia and Alzheimers.
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall well-being of clients
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for clients by maintaining a clean and organized living space
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
Qualifications:
- English Speaking with capabilities of communicating in Spanish
- Caring and empathetic nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and trustworthy with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual client
- Willingness to undergo background checks and screenings
