Description:
Works under normal supervision ministering to the Partners and Friends of KCM via phone for prayer, contributions, product orders, or general questions about ministry-related events, etc. This position reports to the Prayer Supervisor on a team facilitated by a Prayer Team Coordinator. This position is onsite and part time Monday-Wed 8:30a-3:00p, Saturday 9a-5p with Sunday Rotation.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must pray in tongues at least 30 minutes daily.
- Ministers to Partners and Friends through direct telephone contact through both English and Spanish inbound and outbound calling by praying the prayer of agreement according to Matthew 18:19.
- Utilize excellent Customer Service phone skills, including phone etiquette, proper tone of voice and continually displaying a spirit of service.
- Process request, orders, contributions and inquiries through incoming phone calls and other sources to thoroughly resolve issues.
- Maintain and modify accounts according to information received by phone or correspondence.
- Maintain a good attitude towards Partners and Friends on and off the phones and actively contributes to a good work environment at KCM.
- Follow up on Partners and Friends who have called in for prayer.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ministerial call center experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be able to comprehend and speak English and Spanish fluently and clearly.
- Must be able to identify the needs of the caller and determine best how to pray by being Spirit led.
- Basic computer and word processing skills required.
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of the written Word.
- Must be able to handle difficult situations on the phone.
- Must have a good understanding of the Word of God.
- Basic computer and word processing skills required.
- Knowledgeable in Kenneth and Gloria Copeland teaching materials and beliefs.
- Born-again believer filled with the Spirit and adheres to and is in total agreement with the KCM Mission/Vision Statement.
- Spiritually and emotionally mature, portraying a Godly character that exemplifies the lifestyle and behavior of a Minister of the Gospel, as outlined in the Word of God and KCM ministry handbook.
- Copes with sensitive situations and does not disclose confidential information.
- Good telephone etiquette with strong interpersonal skills in ministering and one-on-one contact in dealing with ministry Partners and other staff members.
- Must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives.
- Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties or division.
- Must maintain a good attendance record.
- Must practice the Scriptures concerning tithing. (Malachi 3:10)
- Position requires ministerial licensing through EMIC. Documents must be completed and submitted within 30 days of hire date. (Licensing must be renewed annually.)

- Able to lift 30lbs.
- Must be able to sit at workstation for extended periods of time.

- Ministry based call center/ office environment.
OTHER:
- Membership and attendance at EMIC are preferred.
- Requires considerable diplomacy, maturity and excellent communications skills, due to the wide range of personal contact with ministry leaders within and outside the organization.
- Ability to work with people of all cultures.
