You will become the loan expert and the first point of contact for any customer inquiries in a customer-controlled environment related to payments, customer invoicing, outstanding amounts and various repayment options in accordance with Company policies, procedures and related laws and regulations.

Your tasks • Initiate outgoing calls and process incoming customer inquiries • Careful advice on the products and services • Accurate tracking of overdue accounts, processing customer credits and eliminating discrepancies • Securing payments by notifying you of the deadlines and consequences for not meeting the agreed deadlines
