Location : Carrollton ,TX
Perform human resource management functions, such as finding, hiring, training, and supporting new employees
Handle any people-related concerns and needs that arise within an organization
Manage recruiting, hiring and firing, as well as onboarding new hires and managing the orientation process to get employees set up in their new roles
Manage, develop and support employees within an organization.
Handle all the issues, policies and processes related to people, such as recruiting and hiring staff, training and developing employees and managing performance, compensation and benefits3.
Requirement :
Experience in legal document , general affair , recruiting
Work authorization
Clear background /Drug Test
Spanish bilingual
HR experience (hands-on) for 3 years or less in recruiting and collaboration with staffing company
Experience in worker comp case/issue management is preferred.
