Job Summary:
We are seeking a RELIABLE and ENTHUSIASTIC Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform delivery, set-up, and pick-up of party rental inflatables (bounce houses, slides, etc.).
- Prepare and load trucks at the beginning of the day.
- Clean and organize inflatables at the warehouse.
- Early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Starting pay is $15 per hour with the opportunity for tips and commissions. Hourly pay increases will be evaluated after the first 2 weeks of employment.

Requirements:
- Must be reliable and have good communication.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds; ability to life 100+ pounds with assistance.
- Driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
