Opportunity
The Space Planning Database Analyst maintains and adjusts store attachments in a relationship-based database. Additionally, this position works directly with the Space Planning Team to ensure accurate planogram allocation to stores and assists with other various tasks as needed.
► Key Areas of Responsibility
- Adjust and review the store associated planogram attachments that align to the buying needs specific to cluster programs and procurement requirements related to:
- Planogram resets
- Planogram updates (Cut-ins)
- Footage Change Request
- Understand, adjust, and communicate POG dependencies/rule sets in order to manage the store to planogram attachments
- Collaborate across departments to maximize accuracy for product and planogram distribution at store level
- Gather and execute store level changes through the footage change request form to ensure that each store has the correct Planogram footage for their individual needs.
- Provide Category and Sub-Category information so that the buying team can effectively plan product assortments
- Provide initial store lists so that the initial product order will be in alignment with the product and planogram distribution at store level
- Provide reports related to POG attachment changes in order to manage and understand potential issues related to field initiated POG changes.
- Helps to create and review exception reporting
- Assists in interdepartmental data sharing responsibilities
- Assists with special projects as needed
Qualifications
► Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of experience working in a business-related environment required. College degree preferred
- Experience with JDA software systems highly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel required
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills required
- Strong organizational skills and a detail oriented aptitude required.
- Must have strong oral/written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload; must be flexible and able to meet deadlines.

Additional Information
The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $54,000/ year.
The hiring [base salary / wage rate] range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
