The Opportunity:
As a Space Planning Associate, you will directly help the growth of the firm by coordinating employee seat moves, including any large-scale team reshuffles, while maintaining accurate records of employees seat locations across both our US and international offices. You will work closely with IT and Facilities to ensure all seat moves are carried out properly and as efficiently as possible. Additionally, you will use and build upon Excel skills through multiple stretch projects reporting to the Space Planning manager, who will aid in your development and future success within our organization.

As a Space Planning Associate, you will directly help the growth of the firm by coordinating employee seat moves, including any large-scale team reshuffles, while maintaining accurate records of employees seat locations across both our US and international offices. You will work closely with IT and Facilities to ensure all seat moves are carried out properly and as efficiently as possible. Additionally, you will use and build upon Excel skills through multiple stretch projects reporting to the Space Planning manager, who will aid in your development and future success within our organization.
The Day-to-Day:
- Review and coordinate employee seat moves to ensure every employee has a usable seat in their applicable office
- Communicate directly with different levels of management regarding a variety of initiatives including but not limited to seat moves
- Create new and update existing reporting to accurately depict office capacities, and move volume for senior management
- Use critical thinking to provide solutions that meet the needs of the business and process improvements
- Process requests for installation/removal of standing workstations
- Support office launches for US and international locations to an appropriate extent
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience
- Manage complexity and coordinate across several departments under strict timelines
- Eager to work in a collaborative environment to aid high-volume output
- Connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email
- Have a passion for solving complex puzzles
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $65,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
