SalaryDuties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival, selling memberships, retail products and gift cards
- Assist in administrative tasks including filing data entry of client records
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and merchandising area
Requirements:
- Must be willing to learn about Massage & Facial services
- Must be able to recommend and sell memberships and retail products
- Able to effectively communicate with members and guests
- Able to work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
- Have a positive attitude and be customer service focused
- Hourly base + commission
