Spa Sales Associate

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and professional people to work in our luxury spa, MassageLuXe, located in Pembroke Pines, FL.

SpaSalesAssociatesareresponsiblefor selling Spa Memberships with a closing rate of 35% and accountable for Front Desk operations with an emphasis on delivering an exceptional level of customer service. MUST BE SALES DRIVEN.

Qualifications and Requirements include:

• 35% closing rate of selling memberships
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Great computer skills
• Perform various other duties as assigned
