- Administers manicures, pedicures and hand and foot treatments to the guests
- Maintains the manicure/pedicure stations daily including all product containers, laundry, linens, equipment, carts, etc.
- Prepares and maintains the products, supplies and equipment in the manicure, pedicure areas and the prep room
- Promotes and sells nail care products
- Sterilizes all instruments and areas in accordance with state law
- Maintains knowledge of all treatments and has the ability to explain treatments to guest
- Assists Supervisor in performing scheduled inventory of manicure, pedicure areas and prep room for proper ordering
- Stays up-dated and becomes well-versed/trained in the latest developments pertinent to your department, the spa and the hotel
- Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest
- Maintains effective guest relations
- Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the spa
- Performs special projects delegated by the Spa Director or designate
- Performs whatever is necessary to ensure and maintain a pleasant visit for each guest
- Conducts tours of the facility when needed
- Assists management and co-workers as requested/needed
- Assists in training new Nail Techs as requested
- Assists with special projects/events as requested
- Attends all departmental, spa and property meetings and training

- High school diploma or the equivalent required
- Must possess current licenses and certificates as required by the state, county, city/town
- One year experience as a Nail Technician (manicures and pedicures) desired
- Must attend product knowledge training
- First Aid and CPR training desired, but not necessary
