Spa Desk Supervisor

Madden’s is currently seeking a Part-Time Lead Spa Front Desk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and making reservations for all spa services using proper phone etiquette.
• Handling cash and other payments by guests.
• Models’ exceptional customer service skills for the entire staff to emulate.
• Maintain positive employee relations by keeping open lines of communication with team.
• Create new protocols as needed.
• Train new Spa Desk agents and follow-up to ensure that they understand how to properly perform all required actions.
• Participate in promotions and events.
• Be familiar with all spa services and products.
• Stocking and cleaning the locker rooms and relaxation area.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular & Reliable attendance.
• Tidy and maintain the reception area.
• Performs other duties as required by the Spa Director.

Skills and Abilities:

• Organized, great communication, decisive & flexible.
• Excellent listening, speaking, and writing
• Great decision-making skills.
• Must be able to work alongside other people and independently.
• The ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors and markets is essential.
• Time management.

Education/Experience:

Customer service experience required.

Expected Hours of Work:

Variable schedule of 32 hours a week in social season (May-October).
