We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Spa Coordinator to join our team. As Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service to clients. This role requires a combination of administrative skills, customer relations, and a strong understanding of spa services.

Responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling:

• Manage and coordinate spa appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling of services.
• Utilize spa management software to input and update client information, appointments, and preferences.

Customer Service:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Front Desk Operations:

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Check-in and check-out clients, handle payments, and process gift certificates.
• Coordinate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Marketing and Promotions:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote spa services, packages, and retail products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, loyalty programs, and special events.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that spa services meet or exceed established quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
