Spa Concierge

Core Duties/Responsibilities:

• Check in clients
• Instruct clients where they may change or go to for treatments and experiences
• Offer assistance to clients for all spa needs
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the spa's back of house areas
• Handle all POS (Point of Sale) processing to check clients in and out
• Book, change or cancel spa appointments accurately
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Report to work on time
• Work in a non-supervised environment and take ownership for independent decisions made in the best interest of the client experience
• Work as a team with front desk concierges, back of spa therapists and other departments
• Complete inventories and maintain supply levels
• Advise management when low in retail products(s) or other spa supplies
• Maintain general organization of the spa intake forms

Job Requirements:

Ideal applicant must have strong customer service skills, be timely and responsible, and have the ability to work well in a group setting.

• One year work experience in a related field is a plus (spa, hospitality, medical, salon, or retail)
• Must be able to communicate by phone
• High school plus minimum one year of relevant spa or retail experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that can include nights, holiday and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
