Core Duties/Responsibilities:
- Check in clients
- Instruct clients where they may change or go to for treatments and experiences
- Offer assistance to clients for all spa needs
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the spa's back of house areas
- Handle all POS (Point of Sale) processing to check clients in and out
- Book, change or cancel spa appointments accurately
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Report to work on time
- Work in a non-supervised environment and take ownership for independent decisions made in the best interest of the client experience
- Work as a team with front desk concierges, back of spa therapists and other departments
- Complete inventories and maintain supply levels
- Advise management when low in retail products(s) or other spa supplies
- Maintain general organization of the spa intake forms
Job Requirements:
Ideal applicant must have strong customer service skills, be timely and responsible, and have the ability to work well in a group setting.
- One year work experience in a related field is a plus (spa, hospitality, medical, salon, or retail)
- Must be able to communicate by phone
- High school plus minimum one year of relevant spa or retail experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that can include nights, holiday and weekends
