Responsibilities include tasks such as handling phone calls, communicating via text and email, providing a warm welcome to our guests, and scheduling appointments. Proficiency in computer technology is essential, with significant emphasis on data entry. Familiarity with Slack, Square, and Vagaro is advantageous but not mandatory; we're willing to train the right individual, provided they have prior computer knowledge. Additionally, daily house cleaning is part of this role. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Embark on this gratifying journey with us!

Job Type:

Part-time available - Shifts available - 2:30pm -9 pm Mon. 9:30am - 2:30 pm. Sat.

Must be able and willing to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Give our clients a 5-star experience
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle customer inquiries
• Conduct retail sales, offer product recommendations, and process payments
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless spa operations
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients and colleagues
• Must have a strong attention to detail

High standards of customer service in handling phones and appointment bookings, facilitating appointments run on time, retail product sales, accepting and processing payments/payment accountability, upkeep/cleanliness of work environment, opening/closing facility,

Required Skills and Abilities:

✓ Experience in customer service, retail, sales, phone operations, and scheduling

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and delivering a 5-star experience
• Strong office skills.
• Vagaro booking system literacy a plus
