Overview:
Southern Oregon Cannabis Connection is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team. As a Cannabis Connection team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of the cannabis industry and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers in selecting cannabis products tailored to their needs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dispensary environment.

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products.

• Accurately process transactions and handle cash in a secure manner.

• Educate customers on various cannabis strains, consumption methods, and product options.

• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.

• Preroll and package joints

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and move seamlessly between tasks.

• Attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.
