JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Manager
DENIOS is the worldwide leader in hazardous material storage, industrial environmental protection, and workplace health and safety. We design and build standard and custom hazardous, flammable, and lithium-ion storage and material handling solutions.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Sales Professional who will grow into an integral part of our team, focusing on the development of new capital equipment business, primarily in the markets of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Latin America. This professional would be responsible for targeting, qualifying, selling, and retaining accounts in, but not limited to, the automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, oil and gas, mining, and industrial manufacturing segments.

  • An aggressive hunter, self-starter, and eager learner
  • A disciplined sales professional who understands a variety of strategic sales processes, ie SPIN and consultative selling methodologies
  • Both coachable and willing to coach - you know the value of shared knowledge and that there are always new and better ways to approach things
  • Looking for a fun hardworking entrepreneurial sales environment and team
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

 

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

· A track record of being a Business Development “rain-maker” with proven results selling in and to wholesale distribution and direct sales channels

· A track record of exceeding sales quotas in recent positions

  • A willingness to be in front of clients 75% of the time
  • Experience selling highly technical products into complex highly regulated industries
  • A high level of technical skill and mechanical aptitude
  • Experience working with and selling manufactured steel and fabricated poly products
  • A “builders” mentality, as this is a new territory that is yours for the making
  • Strong understanding of material handling and storage products with knowledge as to how said products impact the manufacturing supply chain
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience selling to senior-level clientele
  • Experience traveling and managing a REGIONAL SALES territory

· Currently residing in Houston or Ft-Worth/Dallas area

· Able to spend 60% of the time traveling

· Willingness to travel to Latin America

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE:

  • Either a Business or Engineering degree
  • Experience selling Environmental protection products
  • Experience with Incoterms.
  • Experience building senior-level relationships
  • A demonstrated high level of diplomacy, ability to negotiate, make difficult decisions, influence others and manage change
  • Strong organizational and solid time management skills

· Proficiency in various Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
