Sourcing Specialist
Salary Range $ 65,000 - $ 69,000
Truliteis NOW HIRING!We are looking for aSourcing Specialistto support ourcorporate location.
This is a remote position with 25% travel.
The Sourcing Specialist supports the Sourcing Manager as a sourcing point of contact for the business within assigned commodities. The Sourcing Specialist will work closely with Trulite's site operations, purchasing, supply chain, and accounting/finance to identify and execute value-creating initiatives.

Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related degree
- 0 -2 years of Supply Chain or relevant experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Experience within a Building materials field preferred.
- Results-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and meet all required deadlines.
- Strong sense of urgency in meeting customer needs.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint software. ERP experience preferred.
What you will be doing:
- Establishing and managing relationships with internal customers/stakeholders.
- Managing daily requests from the sourcing manager and director as needed
- Assists in Sourcing initiatives for assigned areas of responsibility:
- Build relationships with key vendors.
- Managing the RFI/RFP process that includes organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; and monitoring results.
- Set up cross-functional teams to support project implementations.
- Identify and Analyze opportunities for reduction in TCO (total cost of ownership)
- Organize supplier selection, identification, and qualification.
- Participating in savings tracking, supplier performance, and development
- Assist with new supplier onboarding process.
- Supports the Procure to Pay process through the alignment of buying channels.
- Evaluate contract compliance.
