ROLE OVERVIEW: 
We are seeking a full-time (contractor) Sourcer/Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will play a leading role in identifying and engaging talent in a creative way, scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization, and improving and contributing to our employer brand. As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-touch and thoughtful candidate experience that reflects our SpringHill culture. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting Springhill's most important asset - its people!

REPORTS TO:
Senior Director of Talent Acquisition
RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Driving top-of-funnel engagement of potential candidates for positions within SpringHill
    • Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor for our client groups, with a continuous pulse on the candidate landscape for key areas of hire
    • Work in partnership with Senior Director and other team members to build creative strategies around sourcing and attracting the best talent in a competitive market
    • Ensure that the recruitment process is equitable  and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way
    • Collaborate and share knowledge and practices 
    • Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our pipeline strategy
    • Drive sourcing data quality to effectively provide insights into the candidate market
    • Deliver a meaningful service experience to managers & candidates involved in the recruitment process
    • Proactive pipelining outside of the candidate pool 
    • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with proactive communication that prepares each candidate to show up in the best light
    • Screen candidates for roles
    • Ensure that each candidate who engages with SpringHill has a unique and positive experience
    • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment
QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience sourcing for high-volume recruiting teams
    • Agency experience preferred
    • An understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough!
    • Driven and always finding ways of improving the quality of your work
    • A team player who strives for having great collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
    • Passionate about improving existing processes
    • Highly organized and with an eye for detail
    • A sound sense of urgency 
    • Self-starter, curious, proactive
$45 - $48 an hour
