Sonographer OBGYN

Busy AIUM Accredited OBGYN practice is in need of a PRN OB registered ultrasound sonographer. This sonographer performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations and reports findings to the physician.

Responsibilities:

• Follow standard protocol as per AIUM guidelines for OBGYN sonography.
• Demonstrates ability to produce appropriate and quality images.
• Assembles and presents all exam data for physician in a timely manner.
• Keys data and patient info into EHR to generate report of diagnostic findings.
• Assists physician with ultrasound guided procedures as needed.
• Displays adaptability, flexibility, prioritization, and assistance to co-sonographers and physicians.
• Clean and stock exam room and maintain equipment.
• Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited program for sonographers.
• Current RDMS registration in obstetrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain and promote HIPAA/OSHA compliance.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
