The Sommelier Manager is:
- Experienced and passionate, at least 2 years of wine management experience in an upscale restaurant
- Certified by the Guild of Master Sommeliers or Level 3 Certification from WSET
- Guest focused with dedication to providing personalized and attentive service
- Fully understanding of wines from various regions, varietals, and vintages
- Driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating and training staff
- Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties with good communication skills
