INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

Our Solutions Intern works within the Solutions department. Solutions is a division of Power/mation specializing in custom projects. Beyond kitting and configuring, our engineers and technicians work together to design and deliver turnkey results that are unique to a customer's application. Solutions is a growing sector within Power/mation, most recently adding custom fencing and advanced panel production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Solutions team to complete quoting, Bill of Materials, design, and completion of engineering projects.
• Support the Assembly Technician team to complete internal builds.
• Support the Solutions department to implement Production Planning Metrics.
• Attend product trainings, integrator visits and customer sales calls with the support of a Solutions Engineer.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Students shall be pursuing an Engineering degree or degree related to factory automation. We will accept candidates from Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple changing priorities.
