As an Information Technology Specialist I you will have the opportunity to:

  • In a lead capacity, develop innovative solutions using existing SAAS, COTS, and low code/no code systems
  • Write comprehensive and structured code using DTSC, State and industry standard programming language and appropriate development tools
  • Perform structured systems analysis, prepare system specifications and detailed design specifications including prototype record and screen formats, database schemas and access requirements, system flowcharts and data flow diagrams to support information systems solutions
  • Perform complex data analysis to support internal and external project needs
  • Lead in the development of complex interactive/dynamic dashboards and other data visualizations to support decision making at DTSC
  • Assist in the creation of an enterprise operational data store and analytical data warehouse
Desirable Qualifications We Look For:
  • Experience with .NET Framework, .Net Core or similar development platforms
  • Experience with RESTful API's
  • Experience with Angular and/or React
  • Experience in MS SQL Server development, Entity Framework, and/or LINQ To SQL
  • Experience in Azure technologies (App Services, Azure SQL Server, Service Bus, App Insights, Azure AD Authentication, and/or Graph API)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for Agile SDLC
