General Summary:
As a Solutions Architect, you will be assigned designated clients, working closely to address and maintain their IT infrastructure needs, particularly specializing in complex networking issues. This role involves collaboration with clients and internal True North support teams to manage local and wide area network technology. The position demands a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of assigned client environments.
- Implement regular, proactive services based on best practices and standards.
- Drive the technical relationship with assigned clients.
- Manage and update client documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for excellent customer service.
- Escalate service issues when necessary.
- Troubleshoot modern networks, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and workstations.
- Document internal processes and procedures.
- Stay current with industry technologies through continuous learning.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 5 years of applicable work experience.
- Proficiency in Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
- Strong networking background.
- Exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Familiarity with support tools and techniques.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Capacity to learn existing and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or professional service automation tools.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
What Puts You at the Front of the Line:
- Professional IT Certifications (CCIE or equivalent, MCSA, MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP).
- Citrix experience in a Healthcare IT environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows and processes.
- Previous experience at an MSP.

Pay: $107,723.84 - $129,731.93 per year
