The Opportunity:
Premier Group is currently recruiting a skilled Solution Architect for our client, a global technology and services leader offering digital expertise, deep domain knowledge, and industry-specific alliances.
Responsibilities will Include:
- Lead and mentor Team Managers, ensuring effective internal governance.
- Manage teams across multiple global locations (USA/UK/Europe/India).
- Implement and maintain resource needs for service delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and align expectations.
- Navigate through multiple verticals and horizontals, adeptly managing internal complexity.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to implement necessary process changes.
- Outline and support organizational change resulting from process modifications.
About You:
- Extensive experience in large PLM engagements.
- ]Desirable experience in handling large-scale Teamcenter implementation programs.
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter product architecture and technical capabilities.
- Expertise in Part Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Classification, and Workflow.
- Experience in data migration, mapping, and validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications.
- Proficient in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement solutions using various programming languages and technologies.
- Exposure to PLM implementation/support in various industry sectors.
- Strong experience in leading teams in Onsite/Offshore models.
- Technical inclination to identify trends, and issues, and drive Service Improvement initiatives.
- PMP/PgMP certification is highly desirable.
- Capability to build and lead strong teams in remote conditions.
