Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced SolidWorks Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for off-roading and a strong background in sheet steel / sheet-metal fabrication. As the SolidWorks Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and 3D models of off-road accessories, ensuring their fit, form and function.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with management and manufacturing to design new off-road accessories.
· Create detailed drawings and 3D models with SolidWorks.
· Work closely with manufacturing manager to ensure designs are optimized for production.
· 3D scanning new models into our Scan library. Asset generation.
· Test-fit parts on test vehicles.
· Create installation guides for new products.
· Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
· Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to incorporate into the design process.
Requirements:
· Proficiency in SolidWorks.
· Experience in off-road vehicle accessories design is preferred.
· Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
