A minimum of 6 months hands-on experience in soldering, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various soldering techniques, including the proper use of soldering irons and related equipment. This role involves interpreting and following technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions with a keen attention to detail and precision in soldering small and delicate components.

- Keep accurate records of soldering activities, including quantities, specifications, and any issues encountered.
- Assist in training new personnel in soldering techniques and safety procedures.
