Solar Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Solar Laborers for projects located in and around Grinnell, IA. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $18-23/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Solar Laborer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Install sealtite around wiring at solar array actuators 
• Install split wire loom around wiring 
• Fill in existing dirt along trenching paths
• Other tasks as assigned
