Working Hours:

Our team members are expected to be available from 12 PM to 7 PM. Additionally, attendance is required at our weekly office meetings held on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 11 AM to 12:30 PM.

Roles & Responsibilities:

No prior experience in solar is necessary to join Lela Solar. We provide comprehensive training for both experienced professionals and newcomers. Individuals without experience will initially focus on Door Knocking and scheduling appointments, with the opportunity to advance through our Tier system. Experienced applicants will take on responsibilities such Door knocking setting appointments and closing deals and potentially mentoring new team members. Regular evaluations ensure that each member is positioned to succeed and grow.

Pay: $90,948.24 - $168,000.00 per year
