Performance Expectations:
- Effectively capitalize on leads generated by the company.
- Set and achieve a personal average of specific goal.
- Oversee customer accounts and work with the Project Management and Operations team to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the client base.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive working environment and maintain company values with coworkers and partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of appointment setters to ensure high standards for production and customer service.
- Contribute value to both clients and the team by seeking referrals, reaching out to existing contacts, and conversing with neighbors in your lead pipeline to independently generate new business.
- Educate homeowners in-home or virtually on the advantages of solar ownership, potential monthly and yearly savings on energy costs, government incentives, and how they can harness the abundant resource of the sun.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads generated by the company in a consultative, in-home setting.
