Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy sales consultations with potential customers to assess their solar needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize door-to-door and other marketing strategies to generate leads and expand customer base
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available
- Perform technical sales presentations to demonstrate the features and benefits of solar products
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and financing options
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in a technical or renewable energy field
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
